Equipment hire terms & conditions

  • All prices displayed cover 1 full day of hire unless agreed otherwise.

  • We require the full deposit and payment upon collection of equipment.

  • We also require proof of identity and a signature on our equipment hire agreement which you will be able to view on the day of collection.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were collected - ie working order and undamaged. Small wear & tear such as superficial scratches that will not affect our ability to hire or use the equipment again will not be classed as damage.

  • Deposit will be returned in full upon return of hired items, subject to damage checks.

  • The customer will be charged for any significant damage sustained, equal to the cost of repair or replacement - whichever is cheaper. However we do like to work closely with the customer in these situations to ensure that everybody is happy with the outcome.

  • The customer will be charged if equipment is not returned on time as agreed beforehand.
