
Equipment hire terms & conditions

All prices displayed cover 1 full day of hire unless agreed otherwise.

We require the full deposit and payment upon collection of equipment.

We also require proof of identity and a signature on our equipment hire agreement which you will be able to view on the day of collection.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were collected - ie working order and undamaged. Small wear & tear such as superficial scratches that will not affect our ability to hire or use the equipment again will not be classed as damage.

Deposit will be returned in full upon return of hired items, subject to damage checks.

The customer will be charged for any significant damage sustained, equal to the cost of repair or replacement - whichever is cheaper. However we do like to work closely with the customer in these situations to ensure that everybody is happy with the outcome.

The customer will be charged if equipment is not returned on time as agreed beforehand.
